There are stories born from intuition, others from necessity. Ours was born from both. In the early 1980s, when the concept of "business center" was still unknown in Italy, Marina Scognamiglio Magri, together with her husband Antonio Magri and her brother Ettore Magri, discovered a new work model in an international magazine that had originated in the United States: shared, flexible, ready-to-use professional spaces. An absolute novelty. They decided to take the risk. From that vision, Tiempo was born—among the very first business centers in Italy.

A Strategic Move to a Prestigious Address

Our first office opened in central Rome, on Via Barberini. In 1996, we expanded into our current headquarters on Via Leone XIII — a landmark property offering over 5,000 sqm of premium business space, including furnished offices, meeting rooms, a congress center, and high-end amenities like private parking, a pool, and tennis court.

Today, Tiempo Roma is led by Maria Michela Magri, daughter of the founders, who has taken up the family legacy by bringing innovation, flexibility, and a contemporary vision of work. Under her leadership, the business center has become a true professional hub, capable of offering tailored solutions for established companies, professionals, startups, and major productions.
